BAKED BROCCOLI MAC ‘N CHEESE

with a crispy bacon crumb

Serves 2-3

Ingredients

- 170g macaroni pasta

- 300ml weak Chicken stock

- 1 Tsp dijon mustard

- 1/2 Tsp black pepper, optional

- 150g- 200g mature cheddar cheese

- small broccoli cut into florets


Method

Add all of the above into a oven dish at 180•c for 35 minutes.

After it’s been oven baked add milk (150ml give or take) after leaving the oven and mix!

Ensure the Mac n Cheese is nice and creamy and delicious!

Bacon Crumb:

- 2 streaky bacon rasher, cut up fine and cooked

- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

- 1 tbsp Parmesan

- pinch black pepper

Mix together and add to the top of the mac n cheese and drizzle in a little olive oil, bake for a further 10 mins at 200•c.

Serve and enjoy!
