SPEEDY GREEK CHICKEN KOFTAS
Chicken Koftas paired with a velvety Chickpea Tahini Sauce. The koftas, a blend of seasoned chicken mince, with garlic, thyme, oregano, paprika, and a hint of chili. Accompanying is a tasty sauce made from chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, cumin, paprika, lemon, and garlic.

Ingredients-
- 500g chicken mince 
- 1 tsp garlic powder 
- 1 tsp thyme 
- 2 tsp oregano 
- 1 tsp paprika 
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes 
- 1 tin chickpeas, drained 
- 30ml olive oil 
- 30ml tahini 
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder 
- 1/2 tsp paprika 
- Juice of 1 lemon 
- 1 small garlic clove, grated 
- 50ml cold water (pour gradually until desired consistency) 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
How to-
- Mix chicken mince, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, paprika, and chilli flakes. Mold the mixture into 12 flattened balls and set aside. 
- In a bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, cumin powder, paprika, lemon juice, grated garlic, cold water (add gradually to achieve desired consistency), and salt. Blend until smooth. 
- Fry the chicken koftas in a pan until browned and fully cooked, approximately 3-5 minutes. 
- Serve the koftas with flatbreads and a refreshing salad of tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta. Drizzle with natural yogurt for an extra touch.
