TERIYAKI CHICKEN & BROCCOLI STIRFRY
A quick and easy dish featuring tender strips of chicken, crisp broccoli florets, and egg noodles, all generously coated with homemade Teriyaki sauce. Ingredients-
- 3-4 tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce 
- 2 Chicken Breasts, cut into strips 
- 2 tablespoons cornflour 
- 1 pack Egg Noodles 
- 1 Broccoli, cut into florets 
- 1 Onion, cut into slices 
- 2 Garlic Cloves, sliced 
Instructions-
- Coat the chicken strips in cornflour and set them aside. 
- In a pan, fry the sliced onion until it becomes brown and soft. Add the sliced garlic and fry for an additional 3 minutes. 
- While preparing the onion and garlic, boil the broccoli and noodles. If using the same pan, start by boiling the broccoli and, about 2 minutes before it's done, add the noodles to the same pan. 
- In a separate pan, add the coated chicken strips and brown them, adding more oil if needed. 
- Drain the broccoli and noodles, then add them to the cooked chicken. 
- Stir-fry for a minute, then add the Teriyaki sauce. 
- Mix everything well and ensure it's piping hot.
